    Hello!!

I read all the posts before going to do my dog walking shift and now I have completely forgotten what everybody said. Sorry. :o

Notes to oneself: never go to shop apart from the local one after picking DD up from school. Uh oh. And Mr T does this lovely port and I was soooo tempted but nope, didn't buy it so YM please no 23 :D I have brain scan tomorrow - nothing to worry about as it is part of the study I participated couple of years ago - so better not have any ill effects from drinking when first having a long drive and then the scan and another long drive back.

Need to get DD to bed and then something to eat as I am starving, catch up with you later...

  • Brain scan? Eep!

Definitely hope it's not as scary as it sounds, Marru!

And well done for not buying the port :T

  • Just a wee note to say thinking of you 40SM - it's so hard when family live far away, especially as parents get older. Hugs to you.

Caz - glad you're back on track.

Haven't picked up a drink since the night from hell that was Friday. Whoever recommended the lime cordial - thanks for the tip. It really perks up fizzy water.

    One day at a time...

    xx

PS honey bear is this the time to confess I think I own a jar of handcream (somewhere?!!?!?) and that's it for me and facial products - normally I don't actually brush my hair.......(I do my teeth honest).

Well if that's the case, & considering how nice you looked in that pic, there's clearly no justice in the world & I don't think I want to be friends with you anymore! :p

  • I wish I was still as upbeat as I was this morning. My body is really feeling it today - So tired and aching with a thumping headache. I'm wondering now if I've got what it takes to stop completely like this, but I so want to do it. Sorry for the glum post :(

Any kind of detox really takes it out of you so try to hang on in there. All the physical stuff is signs of all the horrible toxins etc leaving your body

And you definitely have what it takes, you've taken the step of facing up to it all & posted on here - that counts for a lot
