    Evening all, hope it's warmer where you are than it is here. I'm sitting wrapped in a fleecy blanket and still frozen. Trying hard not to think that if I had a glass or three of wine my feet would warm up which is one thing I do miss about drinking:o.

    Feeling a bit of complacency creeping in myself so will have to nip that in the bud. In that mindset of - did I really drink that much every day (erm..YES!), was it really that bad (YES!!). Need to read some Alan Carr tonight I think.
