  • I think it might be the new moon (tomorrow or Sat I think) which is affecting all of our moods! I keep thinking about having a drink - but haven't had one and won't have one.

Also keep thinking about rehoming another little doggie from the local last stop dog rescue home. Keep thinking about giving another unwanted dog a new home. I have my hands full with the current one, but I miss my other one since he died and I found another one that has a look of him in his eyes!

I had better think long and hard about it then decide.

Anyhow feeling a little bit better now

Sorry FUAS, I somehow missed your post in my excitement over smilies :o

Obviously you don't need anyone to tell you that taking on another dog is a huge responsibility in a lots of ways but I can really understand where you're coming from - would love one myself but my finances & work/lifestyle make it a non-starter :(

But big congratz on not drinking, especially when feeling down, & I'm glad you're feeling a little better :) :T

  • Hi everyone

Very busy at the moment, DD2 still not well, still off school - could be some sort of food poisoning - diarrhoea lasted 2 weeks now, although all other symptoms gone, but she's very weak, poor mite - should find out results of analysis tomorrow so hopefully they can give antibiotic.

Anyway, 14 for me, please, Mr YM Sir, when you next update the list.

    Night night

  • Hello all,
Feeling same as everyone else at moment....fed up and tired :(
OH also has man flu and is very cross and grumpy with it ....refusing to go docs even though its all on his chest. Summers over which makes me sad.... and I have also been freezing cold the last couple of days, keep thinking Im going down with something as i feel soooo tired and grotty....DS1 has started high school and loves it but my god its stressful letting go of my baby....2nights hes been really late back and weve had to drive out looking for him....course hes fine just dawdling back with his mates and loving the freedom of it all!Hes already managed to lose 1 pair of trousers and his wallet
Couple that with DD starting primary and having to walk back and forth 6 times a day to school as shes still doing stoopid hours Im knackered and want some normality back! Now!
Wine is the only thing that chills me down a bit for an hour or two before it all starts again the next day.....being sensible though during week but still no more AFD
Hope we all cheer up a bit tomorow...Friday...yippeeee :D
    Stroppy xx
