  • OOH its nice and fresh in here. Thanks for all your words of support and encouragement. I on on day 3 AF Yellow Monkey!! and day 2 of my 100 day challenge. I feel so much better, and like others I have noticed how much better I sleep. I am feeling really positive and with GreyPilgrim and Sad Angel on my side, I know I can do this.

    Hi Jo - don't worry - you've already achieved a lot and a wobble is quite human (we're all very wobbly).

    Boozing is like a crutch that helps you when you've broken your leg - you're frightened to let it go, but one day, when you're ready, you will and sometimes this has to be done in small steps.

    Don't beat yourself up about it, or be ashamed, just focus on the positive stuff I've seen you posting in here and you'll feel tonnes better:D

    New total is 11 for Sept so far.

    Mood very low these last 2 weeks and CBA fed up style.

    Will be AF tonight but will have a glass or 2 of wine tomorrow with nigel slater's risotto recipe to use the leeks up.

    Sorry for the low post, hoping this mood passes shortly as I am fed up of feeling like this
