Thanks, HoneyB. The bells are CLANGING, CLANGING. CLANGING. I'm trying and trying to ignore them and think how fantastic I will feel tomorrow if I don't cave in. And I've run out of Ribena!
Congratulations, Fay - you should have told us first, we hadn't forgotten your hints a few weeks ago, you know!!!
Good luck all, enjoy your evening AF or non-AF.

As time goes on I have started to wonder about this.
The experience of many people I have come into contact with who have tried this.
In addition, were you ever happy drinking just one glass and then thinking 'that's enough for me, I don't want any more' ??
I know I wasn't, and if I started drinking again one drink would not satisfy me.0 -
Just popping in before bed, I've not been AF tonight, but have managed to just have a couple of glasses of wine which is a huge improvment on a couple of bottles which had become the norm on a Sat night

Off to bed now to listen to the wind and rain (I quite like it!!), hope everyone is ok tonight,
Nite, nite
