    I shouldn't really be on here as I am at work. But its been impossible to catch up this week so far.

    The good news is that my Ds has been on leave this week so he has been home for a few days :j Of course I am really chuffed to little mint balls. :) oh I really am. ;)

    Oh and Mr BB had an interview yesterday, fingers crossed and all that. ;)

    Peeps, anyone struggling for a bit of willpower etc for AFness (or anything else for that matter) check out the backpage of Zest magazine for December. It's all stuff we tell ourselves anyway but sometimes I think it's good to read it as a reminder.

    I won't re-print all here (would take forever! :eek:) however it's split into 6 sections so I'll give you the headlines:

    1. Take baby steps
    2. Make room for mistakes
    3. Take responsibility
    4. Make a habit of it
    5. Face the fear
    6. Love what you do
