Instead of the gym could you maybe get out for a run or something instead? Cheaper & would save on petrol etc too
This is very true ... I have decided I may have to make a list of strenuous jobs to do aorund the garden and smallholding
Also - have just remembered that I can get 1/2 price swimming so no reason why I can't go for a couple of lengths of the pool every couple of days
