Have been for a brief stroll in the park & bought a Sunday paper so am feeling more with it :)

Soup is cooking, if anyone wants to pop round? :D

Lurks, well done with pouring away the beer - you're my favourite ;)

Anyway, I have a cunning plan, which is try to appreciate myself. So I'm doing bits about my flat to make it a nice space to be in, have tidied up a bit of the garden too. Am going to have a lovely steamy hot shower & spend the rest of the day having nice food & doing pampering things.

Sorry this was probably ages back but I hope you had a nice time pampering yourself Honeybear.:T I need to do some of that, my skin is really dry from the weather and central heating. Must go and slap some sweet almond oil all over my face and hands.:D

  • Hi everyone. Another gorgeous crisp day today here. I hope you are all enjoying your Sunday, wherever you may be :D

One more AFD for me please Fay :T

Today is a different story though, as I am already on my 3rd lager - oops! I don't have a reason, I just felt like it and and I am feeling lovely (why can't I feel carp after my first sip?) and so I doubt I am going to stop for a while yet.

Although there are limited supplies in the house, so that will scupper me, thank goodness!

My OH is in Slough at the moment, with family and I am doing some work for uni - probably that is why I have had a drink; I am alone in the house AND I have work to do! I am doing work, although having a drink is making it feel more fun ;).

What a dreadful AF attitude I have today! In fact looking at it, I don't have an AF attitude at all, do I? Sorry folks. :o

Ah well, I am going to continue enjoying today and I will just have to get back on the waggon tomorrow and stay on it as long as possible......

    Hugs and love to everyone.

  • Hope your all having a nice saturday, and the best news... you've still got sunday to look forward to...! Good luck with the AF tonight, and don't forget the 72 hour challenge starting monday.. I have 13.. unlucky for some!! of us so far... xx

I haven't had an AF weekend but I would like to join the 72 hour challenge please T2GU. I've stocked up on fizzy water, 6 litres so I'll probably be peeing all the time but I will be AF. It really helps knowing other people are doing it too. Thank you for suggesting it :T

Yellow monkey I hope you had a great birthday yesterday, if it's not a rude question (it is but I'm asking anyway) was it one of the big 0s? You mention that you're "getting on now";).

Enjoy the rest of the weekend All.
