    5 Nights AF for me YM, and 4/100 of my challenge. I already feel good despite a niggling headache for the last few days.

    Good luck to everyone staying AF thise evening of to watch Simon Cowell, and then Daniel Craig later, in Casino Royal, Oh those swimming Trunks:p

    I had a headache a two-day headache when I was a bit 7 days into my AF'ness...Very mild one, barely noticeable. Weird coincidence.
