Hi there, my what a gorgeous day - nippy and bright and wonderful :j
I drove to (and from) voluntary work this morning, over the tops in the sunshine and with the car radio blasting out, crooning my heart out............ what a great start to the day!
Was AF yesterday once again, so please add one more to my total YM.
GG - I'm so pleased that you are giving AA a go, that's fantastic! I sincerely hope you find it as positive and beneficial as I am finding it. I'm sure you will. I have been away staying with family, so I didn't go to any AA meetings last week and I must say I am really looking forward to going back to my "usual" meeting on Monday. Please do post and let us know how your meeting goes on Monday - I will log on after my meeting too!
As for weight loss due to stopping drinking - it hasn't really happened to me (bah!). I seem to be eating more to compensate for not drinking, but hey, there's no way I can cope with dieting AND staying sober at the same time at the moment  I'm not a complete masochist
Have a great day everyone.......
Hugs
Caz

Apparently you're not allowed to hit people at work.
Maybe this will help you safely vent your rage?
