    Hello again,

Sorry to bring this to the thread but I thought it might be usefull:

Some common symptoms of depression that help doctors to diagnose the condition are described below. You may wish to tick the ones that apply for you (yes/no):

    - Low or sad mood
    - Loss of interest or pleasure
(and at least 4 of the following symptoms
    - Disturbed sleep
    - Guilt or low self worth
    - Pessimism or hopelessness about the future
    - Decreased sex drive
    - Mood variation during the day
    - Poor concentration
    - Suicidal toughts or acts
    - Loss of self confidence
    - Fatigue or loss of energy
    - Agitation or slowing of movement or speech

I had some bad news today that I need to deal with. I would so love to not be AF tonight and turn my back to all that mess that feels really overwhelming at the moment. However not a drop in the house and DD sleeping so AF evening it is (Fay please!!). Will shortly watch professional master chef while scoffing the last of my crumble and then hopefully a) tackle what needs doing or if not b) go to bed

Jeez...I have the bells already and it's only 8.20pm!! Feeling weak and clock watching....garage open for another 1.5 hours. I must try distract myself. MasterShout (as my OH calls it) on in a minute. I love it, but I always associate nice food with a glass (bottle) of wine. Aaghhh......

Grab your pj's - put them on - not long now - by the time you get out - and come back again - you've wasted at least half an hour

Have you time for a bath?
