you've unwittingly set yourself up to be shot down here. a forum is a place to debate and inform but your didactic way of passing on your experiences leaves no room for discussion on this specific thread.i don't want to get personal but no one has come on this thread to debate/support what you are saying. we agree with your complaints most of the way.apart from silk, however, everyone is getting wound up by your extremely subjective portrayal of this company.the more you bang the same drum, the less inclined people are to support you.how can we ignore your posts if they are there, in front of us, time after time...after time...almost verbatim...

i appreciate the point about tmobile, but wasn't really the focus of your post, was it?

Really? I thought it was. As usual the people who attack me whatever I post PREsume that they speak for everybody. I don't. If you don't want to read what I write, then ignore this thread and my scribblings. The fact that you don't speaks much more about you than it does about me.

I think the issue with T-mobile as far as Mobiles.co.uk is actually very important - so at the risk of pointing it again and being accused of restating something (lest it be lost in the irrelvant attacks on me personally) I will give this post a heading so that it might stand out for those who actually HAVE a T-Mobile cashback contract with this dealer and refer those who are interested in avoiding a problem to post number 3.

I notice you jumped over my post referring to your initial post warning of this new problem, in which you claim to have a solution.

I wrote "Now, if there are ways you know to avoid this situation and make them pay up, then a positive way to help would be to spell that out. What are these ways?"

But you prefer to dodge that positive help in favour of negative responses, as usual.

So, again, what are these ways to avoid the problem you highlighted and for which you claim to have an answer?

ok. i really think you need to consider things more rationally.
please can you tell me where the personal tacks upon you are in this thread? i state again, this is a forum - a place to debate, discuss as well as inform. each individual has a right to speak for themselves - in fact, i don't see anyone claiming to speak for everyone - can you illustrate this point to me , please?

i'd like to know what it 'says about me', that i don't ignore your threads and scribblings. you put something up on a board and you take responsibility for it. that includes being challenged about the content as well as the manner in which you post it.

fair point changing the title? - isn't that a case of just bolting the stable door...?

It would be more useful if you focussed on that instead of attacking me in the first place for making people aware of the problem. With so many "smart" people on here I'm sure you can figure that out for yourself. I have no intention of publicly broadcasting any solutions which may be helpful to this dealer rather than its customers.

Since you ask - earlier on this very page you stated "everyone is getting wound up by your extremely subjective portrayal of this company". I am happy to take responsibility for what I say whether you like it or not - but I never would be so arrogant (or stupid) to claim that I speak for "everyone". It's interesting that my direct knowledge and experience of this company is "subjective" yet those who constantly charge in to shut me up have no experience of the dealer in question as far as I've been able to establish. Do YOU, given your "objective" comments and lack of anything worthwhile to actually impart?

It wouldn't have needed a title if the whole point of my original warning hadn't been snowed under by a concerted attack on the very fact that I had the audacity to provide it on "a forum - a place to debate, discuss as well as inform".

Is that rational enough (even for you)?

here we go again. you are incapable of presenting a rational argument and it is YOU that insinuates personal attacks. no one wants to shut you up. i for one want you to stop ranting, especially with a one eyed slant.

have you noticed how increasingly the threads that you post on are getting shut down for abuse...your innuendo may have something to do with that

Yes; you posted on them too. Not only do you presume to speak for everyone else but you also now to presume to know who was doing the abusing. Not much you don't know, is there? Apart from having any direct dealings with this company yourself given your reticence to answer my earlier question.

Innuendo suggests I'm not clear enough, so guess I'll just have to keep on chipping away for those who do have an actual interest in this company.
