  • I'm not keen on kiwi fruit on their own but I like them in a fruit salad.
Or sliced up with natural yoghurt and honey on top and a sprinkling of muesli or crunchy cereal.

If anyone wants recipe for jam or chutney - just ask and i will dig out my cookbook and post it :)

You can substitute kiwi fruit for the banana in banana cake. If that makes sense. :D It would then be a kiwi fruit cake. I ice with icing made with a bit of lemon juice in it. Lovely. The cake is really moist.

If you have a juicer, juice some - the juice is gorgeous.

You could use the pulp in a cake or cheesecake. Save some and put some slices on top of the cheesecake like the OP says.

Well it depends how many banana's the recipe calls for. I would say 2 kiwi's equal 1 banana. That sounds like a bit of a joke hey. :D
