Ive been in the process of sending out invites for the past couple of weeks and slowly but surely im getting the reply cards back!!! You've gotta love my aunty though she sends me back the reply card kindly provided by us with address on and all, and forgot the STAMP!!!! I had to pay £1.32 to get it back out the post office!!! LOL!!!!

Very few refusals back so far which is back an good, over invited knowing there would be a few refusals but not from the people we expected!!! Woops!!!

Thanks Mondo,

We have been and chosen wedding rings but are ordering them from Betts metal, it is so much cheaper than on the high street.

I had a call from the venue this morning advising us about meetings they would like to have before the day. We organised our rehersal first and then they mentioned a wedding meeting, which they recommend is 9 weeks before the wedding!! Not much more we can tell 3 weeks after the booking so we are delaying that by a few weeks. We have started getting our invites back but my Mum has now asked we invite a couple more relatives. If she had longer to think we would have the world and his wife coming!

I am off to take my dress in to get taken up!

All going well I think. We are going to give notice tomorrow which is exciting. Our wedding rings have arrived and I managed to chat to my sister-in-law-to-be about our cake on Monday, she is a star and had pics for me to look at etc so I could choose.

We have had most of the invites back, can't believe it is less than 2 months away.

How's everyone else doing?

so excited .....our banns got posted at the start of the week!

getting all very close now

our invites are all out now apart from 2 or 3 we want to hand deliver

pretty much all done n dusted waiting on the big day!

im so excited too!
we sent out our day invites a few weeks ago as the wedding is on a friday and we wanted to make sure people got the day off.
in the process of making our eveing invites so they should be sent out in the next few days!

We sent our day invites last weekend (not a prob as we are only having small group of family and they already knew it was a Friday)

evening invites went out this week!

6 weeks today!!
