Firstly, the offer to meet up with Ruthha was made in order to help her to understand the process, get to meet us and for us to look at her own issues, as we were not making any progress with tickets or on this forum and we wanted to be able to draw a line under the whole problem and move on. We are being accused of holding on to her money and that of other members and we wanted to speak face to face with Ruthha to reassure her about this. The offer was made purely as a gesture of goodwill by Dominic Butterell, my Manager, who is Head of Member Support, and for no other reason. Dominic and I are not prepared to meet in a solicitor’s office as we do not see this as neutral ground. We do not have legal training or come from legal backgrounds and would not be legally represented ourselves, and we would therefore not be happy or comfortable with this unnecessary level of formality for such a meeting.

So, your "offer" to meet at a venue of ruthha's choice was, once again, a lie? How convinient for you.
I do not respond to Fenris on here, as I had told her previously I would not be doing so. We have been corresponding with her via direct written correspondence.
Because you might be offended! Suck it up woman!

Incidentally, the responses I've had from Dominic thus far have been the usual generic ones. No use at all, as usual.

Finally, many thanks to all who attended our member feedback session in London the other night. It was a fantastic turn-out and a very successful evening. Thank you for all your comments and suggestions and for the constructive feedback on the new-look site, which is to be launched shortly. They are much appreciated. We will hold more such sessions in the near future.

    Kind regards
    Jules
So, you invited members of MSE to tour your offices, then you invited ruthha to meeting "at a venue of her choice" then reneged on it, now you're saying you had a meeting in London? Yeah. Can we see the transcripts please?

I wouldn't know as I have never had to deal with her, but I'd tell you one thing for nothing, I'd take her word over Ruthha/Timidtoad any day of the week!!!

Well, that says everything really doesn't it? You've not delt with Jules/Quidco reps but you're willing to take their word over someone else just because you perceive them to be doing something for an ulterior motive. That's not in the least bit biased.

Just to clarify MSE's ownership.... I think this covers it off nicely :

    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/site/about-the-site
Created, and still 100% owned, by Martin Lewis...

...or should the be Martin Lewis® ;)

    Hi Ruth,

It would probably be me and two other people, not sure who yet, and we would meet where you wish.

I am really glad you are going to take me up on this offer as I do feel that by getting together we can resolve this. I appreciate that you feel very strongly about the issues you have and by doing this I hope I am demonstrating to you that we take this seriously. My main motivator as regards my job is to ensure customers are happy, know what is required in order to get the best of their membership, and trust that we are doing what we say we are doing, and that we are what we say we are. If I can come away from our meeting having achieved that, I feel all parties will have benefited from the experience.

    Kind regards
    Jules

WHERE I WISH not in the land of the trolls or Torbys frt !!!!!! BUT WHERE I WISH

Modicum of common sense required obviously!!
Why would you even need to have a solicitor present? completely over the top as usual.
You seem to think they want to meet as you are of some importance to them :rotfl: when really it would be an informal meeting/chat to discuss whatever issues you have. They have even said they won't discuss other peoples issues with you. My god you really do have a superiority complex!
But don't know why I'm bothering as you obviously have me on ignore and cant read a word of what I'm writing!

Does it? if you say so luv :rotfl:

OOOOhhhhh, you getting a little riled there Ruthha as you've been caught out. You come on here and write such drivel, quite a lot of it incomprehensible. If you dislike a company then stop doing business with them, simple. why are you making out you are helping others when really you just want to come on here and bang your drum about Quidco. It's getting really boring. How many people have you helped? I don't see anyone else on here saying that you have done anything for them, so I guess the answer to that question is a big fat 0
As you stated in an earlier post you are supposedly a guest in this country, if you don't like the people here then bog off back to France and give us all a break from your boring droning whining rants.
    Au revoir!!
