Endinburghlass: Why would you report a post that imforms members of Quidco that Quidco accounts are late and thats a criminal offence.
I think all member would like to know these FACT maybe thats why all the cashbacks are not getting through to the members. ?????????
Who knows the full story behind this but untill the acounts are sent to Company House we as the members cannot look at them and make our own mind up to whats happening.
If you want to start a crusade then try looking at all the companies listed with companies house which have failed or late return of accounts. There is more than just Quidco out there who file late returns!0 -
Hi @Ruthha,
Yes, I am very familiar with the Data Protection Act so take advice if you need to do so about the information you hold on our customers as they need to give you permission to show this to us.
By escalated, I meant to Quidco's MD and Board of Directors and we are all taking this seriously and would like to resolve it in the way I suggested.
I have been perfectly clear in my offer and that is the only public correspondence we at Quidco intend to have with you.
I look forward to receiving your ticket shortly.
Regards,
Jules
@legendkiller - it would be unprofessional to respond in order to put forward our side of your issues. However, I did send you a private message in response to your post last week, which I was disappointed to read. I thought we had drawn a line under all of this by our mutual agreement to part company, taking everything into account.
I take no issue with your comments advising others to use other sites as people may shop where they wish, but I would ask you not to comment further on your own case in view of the circumstances.
I will not respond to any more of your comments on here.
Regards
JulesOfficial Company Representative
I am the official company representative of quidco. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE0 -
I just wish quidco had warned us there was problem with kwikfit before we took our policy out in June. Have the feeling it will never come.Barclaycard 3800

This maybe one of the reason cashback not getting through , Who known .
Sorry but at the moment i am only interested in getting the cashback for members.
So you just toddle off and start your own crusade
Have a nice day
For starters - Stop copying and pasting posts directly from the forum. MSE have kindly provided a Quote button which will paste the quote into your reply. It makes it very difficult to read the thread if people keep doing this.
Secondly - I am not the one who is going round to Companies House asking them to chase individual companies just to keep you happy. Companies House are a very business organisation and deal with thousand of company returns each year.
Thirdly - I note that you failed to provide the relevant legislation in relation to companies have to file their accounts. It may be that the parent company of Quidco are chaning their account period and are therefore allowed to produce accounts showing an 18 month period.
Fourthly - I would not be concerning yourself with other members and trying to claim their cashback. You could be considered in breach of the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29) for gathering and passing on information about individuals.
Finally - Quidco have made you a generous offer to come and visit you to sort out the issues you are having. This is the first time I have heard of this happening so I could take the offer and actually listen to what they have to say. It is not their fault that you cannot count to 6!
Thank You
Have a nice day!0 -

Can you get a boardroom table in a studio flat then? Or does this translate to, "The bloke sitting on his threadbare sofa scratching his nuts and eating stale Digestives has glanced at the complaints and gone back to the more interesting persuit of removing his belly-button fluff"?0 -

This is of interest to all Quidco members
Late filing of accounts leads to an automatic civil penalty. Failing to file accounts or the annual return on time, or not at all, is also a criminal offence.
Criminal Offence Needs To Be Highlighted to all Quidco members. ITS THE LAW.
If this Thread is remove Browntoa you are trying to cover up for Quidco and not let MSE members know the real truth
If you are going to make claims similar to the above. Please state the legislation which covers your claim.:T:T:T:T

10. What if I deliver the accounts late?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Failure to deliver accounts on time is a criminal offence. In addition, the law imposes a civil penalty for late filing of accounts on the company. The amount of the penalty depends on how late the accounts arrive and whether the company is private or public at the date of the balance sheet. Further information about late filing penalties is available in our guide “Late Filing Penalties” available on the Companies House website.

I note again that you have decided to copy and paste rather than use the quote function provided.0 -
What facts has he got wrong, ruthha? Nothing there is incorrect. In my experience its you who needs to get your facts straight.0

You do realise QuidCo and the parent company may have requested more time from Companies House which they do not have to show on the database record. Question 9 of the link you provided covers this circumstance.
For reference: Companies Act 2006 (c. 46) covers the filing of financial record with Companies House and the fines and all other connected purposes.0 -
