    Jacs, I only felt faint for the first few days, or if I exercised - apart from that, I felt bloody brilliant, providing I stayed in ketosis.

    I was back on it last week, and doing great again, until Mr Sunday made me eat saag aloo, and since then I've put 3lbs back on. Grrrrrr....I forgive easily, but that's pretty much unforgiveable! :D

    I'm sat here with you lot, and only just realised DH went to work an hour ago, so I could be in bed :rotfl:

    Mooching on all the clothes places for tops, but think I would struggle to find / buy someting not baggy and shapeless :o
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:
