    Morning GJ

Pouring with rain here today so my lovely shiny straightened hair will be a frizzy mess by the time I get to work no doubt:rolleyes:

Hope everyone is well as I dont seem to have much time to MSE lately:o

I have also decided to give up on going to slimming world as I will be out teaching 2 evenings a week so to go out a third night is just pushing things a bit and will seriously interfere with OH and I's evening walks.

Still seem to be losing weight though and only 6lbs to target I am sure I can do it on my own.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Julie & Julia was really good - one of the first films I've laughed out loud at in ages. There is a downside though - I want that book!

No plans for today whatsoever other than a flylady style hot spot busting session or two, bung a sausage hot pot into the slow cooker, amuse my child and do the fridge I didn't manage to clear yesterday and a Nell dvd session (and transfer this list to 12 week challenge thread)

Morning! I'm supposed to be starting my Headspace course today but I don't think I'll make it, the next few days are stupidly busy. It mucks up my 12 week plan, but I made that before finding out sister had 6 days to move three hours away, so I've been helping her with that.

Becky or Linda, I'm not being stupid again, I'm right that there isn't room in my kitchen for a dishwasher?

I dont think there is Ames...unless under the sink - but it would have to be one of those slimline ones...not sure about where you would plumb it either...Sorry!
  • Hi all, not feeling too great today, didn't sleep well and erm, my bladder hurts :o This is seriously b*ggering up my renewed exercise efforts, it's so uncomfy! :(

Ames, tell me to shut up if you want but I think you should consider going to your course, it sounds like it would be really helpful and you've helped your sister plenty compared to what she's done for you - sorry if that sounds mean but I think you should put yourself first, and if that means going to the course and then having to rest tomorrow then, well, at least think about it :)

    Hope everyone's day goes well.

I had a truly pants day yesterday and i'm going to be more positive today.....

I sent a message to Scorgeous via the running website some of us frequent... she is sorry she's not been in touch. MSE is a banned site from her workplace and busy with year end etc.... she will be back and misses us all!
