    Squizz - bladder hurts! lol! you bragger!!!

    I had a truly pants day yesterday and i'm going to be more positive today.....

    I sent a message to Scorgeous via the running website some of us frequent... she is sorry she's not been in touch. MSE is a banned site from her workplace and busy with year end etc.... she will be back and misses us all!

    Hahah.. are you implying I might have participated in excessive oingy boingy?! :eek::A

    Poor Scorgeous having no MSE, that's rubbish!

    I am off to take my doggys, my favourite way of thinking/unwinding for a walk all the way round the woods, takes about 1.5 hours.....wonder how many miles it is, good thing i have taken them everyday so far..ok mon and tues, allows me to eat maccy d's at the weekend without feeling guilty/putting on weight :D every cloud and that.

    hopefully i shall return in a much better frame of mind

    Morning got to go into work to meet a rep (on my flipping day off but extra money so not complaining)
    Been for a cheeky 4 mile run this morning and now I have to blitz the house before I pick Bea up from school!
    Think I might take her swimming this afternoon and then SW tonight
    I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

    Ames i think dishwashers are overrated anyway.... honestly, we generate so few dishes in my house i just keep on top of the washing up and it's done before it's begun... i'm sure you are the same.... key is to not be a mug tart.... have your fave mug, wash it inbetween and stick to it at all times and you don't generate near as many dishes!!!

    I think dishwashers are overrated too...maz is right if you keep on top of it its a doddle...only I wash up cos I refuse to get the dishwasher fixed...

    off to report on my 12 week challenge in a minute......FOUR mars bars in one day.......:rotfl: not good....but its about all I ate and I was stressed and I have none left now and will buy no more...

    Its a bit different for Ames though...since washing up is one of things ME sufferers find really difficult...although I agree that bending down to load and empty it might be just as hard...

    I think paper plates might be the way forward Ames...
