    Closed end of July GunJack. Had a lovely summer in the sunshine but totally broke and being hounded by banks and debt collectors. :rotfl:

    But so much better in mind, body and spirit - apart from the odd wobble.

    I did lose a lot of weight though(many years ago) and managed to keep my friends. There's always neutradol and polos! It was really easy once you got into the habit of not eating - it was shakes only and no food in those days.

    I remember you talking about it, but didn't realise that it was so far back...mind yer, it was when I was running around like an idiot trying to do loads before I had the op, so many apologies for not knowing...
