Trinny and Susannah used to advocate something like that - about wearing fitted tops but then i think that just draws attention to my stomach, which is my big (pun intended!) problem area!
BB - my hair is similar to yours - red and curly and always looks windswept
Make sure the tops aren't too clingy, and patterns are good for disguising a tummy (I know this for a fact, as my tummy is my problem area too - or one of many :rotfl:).
Tops that go in under your boobs and then gently flare out are good, but don't get the ones with the little gathers at the front, because they make even the skinny girls look pregnant.
And one of my favourites is - black vest top, eyecatching fitted waist-length cardi in a bright colour...team with boot cut jeans and heels if you can wear them...you look colourful, the top is fitted to give you some shape, and the cardi shields lumpy bits from view, without being baggy and shapeless. I like beads too, to draw attention higher up, because I'm slightly more confident about my cleavage than my stomach."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Spud - tut tut!! You have looked great both times I've met you and you don't need to stand miles from the mirror - just not right on top of it, because when you are with people, they don't stand that close to you."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

right, am off to watch the documentary which was about Keith Floyd on catch up. He was one of the 2 chefs who taught and inspired me cooking-wise and I was more saddened by his death than by that of Patrick Swayze.
