how much weight have you lost pap if you don't mind me asking.
Of course not56lb to date since 03/05 so 44lbs till my 100lb target and just over 58lbs till bmi 25 :j Hoping to get to 100 for my birthday...
oooo how generous are their sizes then? i love supermarket clothes. our local ones don't do clothes, but the big tescos and asda in poole do and i always lob something in my trolly
I would say they are about 1/2 size bigger. So a 16 will be halfway between 16/18. But I dont know if thats everyones opinions only mine.... Ohh and also asda clothes are super easier to alter, well there tshirts/tops anyways0 -

Pap you are doing so well hun
I spoke to my sister on skype this evening...she has lost over 5 stone and she showed me a picture of her at her heaviest and I burst into tears...she looked so unhappy and like she was 40 years old. I see pictures of her now and realise how far she has come in the last 3 years. I truely thought 3 years ago I would never see her again and she would never get through. Today made me realise my little worries are nothing in comparison. I love her dearly and am just SO happy to see her smiling and slim and getting her life back!
Sorry for that, had to get it off my chestI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
Finally Debt Free...0 -
Asda are weird - some things are massive - knickers for example - I have been known to need a 10 :rotfl: (I can hardly say that without laughing), and usually need a 12, when I'm a 14 everywhere else. But their jeans seem to be cut a bit more....frugally....lets say!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Hi Shoe gal, Cambridge diet. I researched it online years ago but I thought it was too expensive. Then Bunny and Sammy did it, which then dominoed onto Maz and Snaggles and then finally Spud and me. Still plodding on, its expensive but worth every penny. The hard work starts at maintance....so since may you have lost 4 stone?
crikey well done hun:T
