SOA should stand for standards of accomodation:D. When a lot of people come here they have scrimped and saved for years to try to pay ceditors.Got used to no hot water,no heating, beans on toast ect ect so much so they fill in their SOA as they have been living. I see it all the time. The OR knows what his/her guidelines are for an acceptable standard, but they are not always forthcoming in telling you if you have underestimated. Thats why we check I&E sheets. Not to fiddle the system but to show those who have sought genuine help, that bc is the start of a new way of life. That :j:jyou can have hot water, you can have heating on when its getting chilly.

The whole point of this thread was to brag that their OR allowed £100 pet food,£60 for razors and aftershave, behave you lot that was a downright flout.

Tell me honestly(if you can) how would you have felt if you had read that if you were struggling in a DMP,an IVA or unemployed.........yes the same way we are now:mad:.

There will always be those that are dishonest, flout rules, cheat the system but we as longtime users,,helpers, members of this forum can not endorse such behaviour.

Those that have sought help here should be ashamed of themselves for coming back and bragging about how they got away with fiddling the system.

Lets hope some of the OR's that are members of this forum have read this thread and act upon it:rolleyes:. OHHHHHH THEY DO BITE THAT BUM HARD:rotfl:

Add to all this the letter I got last Tuesday - fill this in and return it in 14 days and we will request you be discharged early from bankruptcy - what can I say chaps and Chappettes, result or what?????

Not if your case goes to another examiner who decides you really don't need £60 for aftershave & razor blades, £100 for pe food, etc. etc
