I had a look at the ones in Tesco's (bogof for 10 quid), and they range from about 850g to 1.1kg, depending on what make you get.

I went to my local coop today and they were marked up as normal £8 each. Spoke to manager he knew nothing about it. Then the cashier scanned one and sure enough BOGOF. BARGAIN!!!! So worth asking!!

just been and got 2 tins of roses, the tins are 975g. Id be quick though cos it looks like they were selling pretty fast at my local. well worth 4 quid a tin.

Huge thanks to the OP. Just been in my local Coop and the tins were still showing as £8 each and no signs to suggest otherwise. I got the shop assistant to check for me and they were indeed on BOGOF.

The only problem is... I think with my 4 tins (2 Roses, 2 Quality Street), plus the people who earwigged in the queue behind me then went and grabbed some, plus the staff themselves.... I think that particular Coop will have been cleaned out of tins before they even get the offer sign up.

I went into my local co-op no luck at 12.15pm today. Sales staff didnt know anything about offer. Scanned through till at £8.00 multibuy offer but then unknown offer came up so assistant wouldnt give to me at BOGOF as shop staff didnt know anything about the offer.

I was told to come back later as tills might show the offer then, what a nuisance.

I bet when I go back later they will be all gone

went to my local co-op at 12.45 pm, lots of the tims stacked there but nothing to say they were bogof so I asked the manager who then became very flustered and said "oh oh yes I think I was told they were bogof" The cynic in me says he was trying to make a few quid profit but the nicey in me say that he just forget to put the sign up...either way I'm going back tonight to get more for pressies!

Look at what I wrote just after you..sorry Didn't see yours at the time...just go back and ask for the manager, do what I did and I'm pretty sure you will get some...good luck
