Big tins of chocolates (roses celebrations etc) £4 in Co-op

From Weds 16th Sept co-op should have those big christmas tins of chocs on offer, buy one get one free at £8 each. Offer lasts one week only. (offer ends 23/09/09 ? )

I'll be getting a few for xmas presents!!!

Co-op also has other festive choccies on offer too, like tubs of ferrero rocher at £2.

Are they Mars such as Celebrations etc. or Cadburys such as Roses etc.? or all makes?

Milk Tray are also half price in Somerfield.

Does any one know the weight of these yet? Tesco had big tubs for £10 BOGOF but these seem to come in lots of different sizes. Need to make sure we are comparing like with like!

Good point, I assumed from the OP that they were the same big tins Tesco and Asda currently have for £5 (2 for £10 in Tesco) but knowing how overpriced the Coop are they are probably tiny

I think my local co op in Edinburgh put this offer out early, it's BOGOF just now, 2 for £8 and I was slightly hacked off as I got the BOGOF in Tescos last week for £10 and I can't justify 4 tins of chocolate !!
