O.K so you've shaved 100 off the groceries (in theory) - head over to Oldstyle for help with this. The Petrol is drastically reduced - how come? A few other tweaks. The Natwest loan the PPI will be paying out? You've also managed to get a reduced amount for this month on something? and the car insurance is finished so this will be going to the Provident to get it paid off asap and also to get the water arrears out of the way?
Personally it looks like a plan to me.
I appreciate that it may not be a long term SOA - certainly missing payments can't last long term but in the short term to get the provident loan cleared as quick as possible would be good and you will need to reallocate money to car maintenance and insurance as well to make sure they are covered when needed but as a plan for this month it looks good.

I would keep that spare 40 pounds or whatever it is for a bit as you may need it for Xmas presents/clothes/etc.
Aa few comments to explain the SOA are needed I think as well.

Updated from information recieved from al of you Have spoken to national debt advice line and have arranged an appointment for the 28th for a home visit, also spoke to Welfare advice services and found out that we are on the only benefits we can be offered, also managed to speak to one of our creditors and have managed an agreement for payments to stop this month and advise them after the visit from the national debt people and work out where to go from here, not brilliant but it's a start thats managed an extra saving of 115.00 this month.
Hi I just noticed you say you have arranged a home visit on 28 through national debt advice line. This is more likely to be debt free direct a company who will charge you and pressurise you into an IVA. The National Debtline website is http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/ and phone number is 0808 808 4000 they do not do home visits, i would suggest you check and see if this is who you spoke to and if not cancel the home visit. You can also contact CCCS www.cccs.co.uk0 -
Thankyou for bring this to my attention I have just spoken to them regarding this and cancelled the appointment letting the know that I was expecting the National debt line not them. but I do remember phoning the ndl number something fishy hear so thankyou.0

So
You have a positive balance here.
You really really need to kill that Provident debt. That will make a huge difference.
Can you go round the house and see what you have that you can sell at a car boot sale? If you can make £200, that will have an impact.
If you go over to the old Style Money Saving forum, you can reduce that grocery bill considerably. Even if you only do it for one month, things will start heading the right way.
I still think you need to consider gettign rid of the car.
How long does the PPI pay out for?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
the ppi lasts untill the loan is paid off approx 3 years.0

I'd look at downsizing to one car if its practical to do so, but the Cable TV would be the first to go, thats £79 more a month for food, which has to be your priority.0

Car tax looks like a misprint to me - £180 per month???
Good news it that means extra money over per month!0 -
sorry should have been yearly will adjust on soa.0
