Back from Run club..lovely run but it was hard. 4.5 miles so quite pleased. And not particularly hungry so had a massive fruit salad and yogurt :A

Not totally...but she is a bit erratic when she goes to Nursery all day....she is usually so tired she falls away on the way home and then I can't get her to sleep...

But managed to keep her awake tonight :T read her the story of 'We're going on a bear hunt' and said good night...:T

I heal really fast - I had them done when I was 14 and didn't wear any after my early 20s and they closed really quick. Had them done again at 29 and didn't bother much and they closed. Had them re-done (again!) about 3 years ago.
