Natwest Current account criteria change ?

    My husband applied for a current account with Natwest last week as they were recommended by two friends. Another one of our friends who has just changed jobs got offered a current account with Barclays and an overdraft of £1500!!! I was gobsmacked considering his credit history is far from amazing but I guess he must of passed their checks!

    Hoping my husband gets the visa debit card not just a solo!

    Will be debt free by December 2016. Total debt £6207.35 . £188 per month on a DMP with Payplan.

    4 Creditors = Capital One - Default, Vanquis - arrangement, Aqua - Default, Next Directory - Paid in full

    I just tried the same myself, Offered upto a £3200 overdraft :rotfl:not a chance I will get approved as everyone else rejects me
