I've done a few bits, sorted out the recycling and put it out plus the normal bin cause it's binday, emptied and reloaded the DW, hung some washing out, tidied up the dining room and put stuff back to where they belonged ie: in the utility, thoroughly cleaned the computer desk and all that's within it and plugged in a new keyboard, sorted littley out for school and filled a form in and located money for dancing classes, cleaned the back door cause it was grotty, wrote out a card, made the beds and flung open the windows upstairs, and done some kitchen..

  • Hello

Firstly let me apologise for not coming on here & telling you my news yesterday (thanks hex) for passing it on.

I have to admit I hit rock bottom when they told me 'no more treatment would be beneficial' basically my type of cancer (Leiomyosarcoma) is very rare & they have put me on the 'too difficult' pile :o

I have had surgery, chemo isn't considered to be effective & radiotherapy would apparently cause more harm than good because it could permanently damage the bladder & bowel (sorry if you are having breakfast ;) ) so they are at a loss...my local hospitals & Royal Marsden.

Thank you so much for all the messages & ideas sent my way, I am going to do a lot of research today based on what people have suggested......please forgive me if I don't reply to everyone personally....just know I love you all & appreciate all the time & effort you have put in on my behalf :A:A xx....ultimately I think I will be going to the US & get a second opinion out there.....they seem to be geared up for trying other options  I feel I owe it to myself & my family to explore all avenues......the sad news about Patrick Swayze has spurred me on

Today is a new day & I intend to make the most of every one I have left (pain & tiredness permitting :o ) so I will start by doing some ironing just to put life into perpective :D

    Love & hugs to All

    xxx
