Just look at what you have already crossed off your list today, you are doing really well. Do a couple of quick and easy things, cross them off and then have another break, might spur you on a bit. Don't stop though, it will be so much better to stop this evening and see what you have done. How long till your folks visit?

just over a month if i stop i will want to sleep:o so am cooking some food and need to do a quick tidy of the livingroom before i pick up ds1 and other kids from school then have got my grandaughter for a few hours

Quote has arrived for removing the hedge, ceanothus & cherry tree from the side of the drive, so I can get on and get that done.

Otherwise, I think I need to concentrate on tidying up rather than cleaning today, so that I can get stuff put away. I need to find some energy... maybe a hot drink or something might work...

Wilf - I'm really impressed with your progress. I hope you're starting to see the difference!

You aren't that far away from finishing either of your Monday lists, then you just have your own extra bits to do, that is great. I can't get much done until the window fitters go, so I am having an enforced chill day today.

A bit more shopping to put away and a cuppa before the school run I think.

Should be able to get the ebay photos done aswell - listed the things last night but too dark to do the phots.

Right back from seeing my mate, been weeks since we had a good catch up. Called at morrisons on the way back, all unpacked and put away. WM went on before I left and everything now in the TD on lo energy. Dinner tonight is the other half of last nights lasagne with veg.

I need to sort out the pedometer, I managed to break the one I got on hols  so have no idea how many steps I have done. Need to sort that PDQ as it would be interesting to know what a 'normal' day is stepwise.

Going to do a few bits before the school run.
