Oh yes thanks LL, was so long ago I almost forgot. It was a bit of a drastic ending, the neighbours Mother passed away, which resulted in them moving house. I now have a lovely (respectful) neighbour

Buy the cheapest frozen sausages from Iceland you can find, sneak round in the middle of the night and hammer the sausages into the lawn.

Cheers DKLS, but its been a couple of Years since the neighbour moved out, there is a lovely (non smoker) dear old lady owning it now.
