It is amazing how WBDF has lost like 50lbs.... Im gobsmacked if only I could do that

Im currently at 0 out of 56lbs so not many tips here. Although in the past I did lose 4 stone, but now put it all back on again! That was about 6 years ago when I was younger and it was easier!! Or at least it seemed it...
