I think my Elf has turned up as I had one of those post office notes through the door but because of my work hours i wont be able to collect him until Friday
I am worried he will be all sad and lonely at the post office until then.
I want my elf now :snow_laug0 -

unfortunately work is a different postcode area. But OH has just announced that he will re-arrange his work day on Thursday and collect him then :T My sad eyes and pouting face worked :rotfl:0 -
Made my elf passport today, just waiting for the boys to go to bed so i can print it and laminate the cover.
I saw on a blog somewhere today, a family had bought a postbox, (american style one) that they used for the elf to sleep in and receive special letters/gifts from santa it was really cute, trying to remember the link to the blog.
Found it (postbox)
have just bought a snowflake punch to punch out snowflake shapes for the magic snowbag.
Whats everyone using as the elf's journal, just a covered note book?
has anyone started buying supplies in yet/treats/suprises?
My list to do just keeps getting bigger
need to make lots of paper snowflakes so i (the elf)can decorate the boys room on the 12th
print off personalised stories 7 colouring pages etc...0 -

our elf journal is a £1 shop a4 lined bok with elf pics glued to it, nothing fancy!
supplies - LOADS! iceland had tubs of 40 chocolate santas/snowmen etc for £3.99, so i got a box, have bought them a candyland game, hand puppets to make, magnet making kits, rubber stamoing kit, boy bracelets with names on, "elf hats", fake snow in a bag - most of which have come from £1 shop/wilkinsons (97p crafts) or ebay under £1.50. apart from game.
as for making snowflakes - when i did it last year i sat and cut them out the night i was doing it or the kids would have found them, and the same with most bits i did.due to spilling coffee :coffee: on my keyboard it works when it wants to :rotfl:
