i just picked up a donut maker from freecycle, so going to try it out and then put it away and the elves will leave it one night,
had a thought what about using rasins for the pets 'having a accident', do u think its a good idea?

i bought a doughnut maker but the doughnuts never tasted like proper doughnuts, when you try it, if they taste good could you send me the recipe?

As for the pets having 'accidents' have you heard of the reindeer poop (raisens possibly chocolate covered) and snowman poop (cadburys snowballs chocs)ideas, also rudolph noses - pink bon bons and rudolph has a cold noses - blue bon bons, i'm planning on making these in a bag so that when the elves pop back to santa for a few nights they can bring some back with them.

if you have a hawkins bazaar near you they do a "pooing reindeer" which poos sweets. the thing is i dont like the idea as i dont want my kids to think you "can eat poo!"

I was thinking about the raisens, do u give them as sweets? never heard of the noses ones, thats a good 1

i was just planning to put them in a little bag with card folded over the top saying what they are - as if they had been bought in an 'elf' shop. you could also you red or blue mashmallowy sweets instead of bonbons.

Fab idea...........I really want a gingerbread man/lady to come and help with Chrimbo cooking. Any ideas anyone???

Woohoo I finally found Elvis' scrapbook, complete with letter from Mrs Claus a report book and his passport. i thought it was all in the loft (with Elvis). i dont have a printer at the moment to print another passport off.
Now I just have to talk oh into going into the loft to dig him out so I can have all his stuff together so its ready for the move.
