Does hot soapy water and a very gentle sponge not clean it?

I solved this the other day with my sc, half a teacup of bio washing powder topped up with boiling water and then leave until cold. This also works very well on tea stained cups.MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0

Stick him in the bath, make sure he has plenty of bubble bath, scrub really hard to get rid of the coal dust and don't let him talk about rugby, singing or leeks.The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -

I've scrubbed at it & soaked it with multi purpose cleaner & washing up liquid but it still smells - any tips or ideas to get rid of the yucky smell

Try leaving a liberal sprinkling of bicarb of soda in there for a few days and make sure you leave it open to the air. Good luck0
