i need to try and explain my ocd part of my ocd means we have the same meals every week for example monday chilli + rice - tuesday veggie sausage with hash brown - wednesday fish pie + chips - thursday - salmon + pasta etc etc we have these meals week in week out
Try to have smaller portions, just by cutting down by a couple of chips and hash browns, smaller portion of pie, etc., if you normally have a round of bread and butter, have half a round, and drink water with your meals, it will make a big difference over a couple of weeks.
