Daft as it sounds it was true ;D

If you had ordered the same items at the reduced price and they were out of stock, send them an email asking if they will honour the new reduced price.  They did for me ;).

they wouldn't for me, I ordered a cabinet for £29 and I found out today it has been reduced to just £12 (not available though) Worth another go??

  • To the poster above: Yes yes, complain!!! just keep sending loads of complaints via email!

    I have a question :)

I ordered so much stuff in the last sale that I ended up with two items I didnt want but didnt get a chance to return as they were at my mums house. Now I've looked at the website and the receipt and nowhere does it specify a time limit for refunds. Is this the case or am I just a blind bat and cant see the usual '28 days' window for returning items ??? ??? ::)
  • There is no time limit with M&S and you can return anything with a valid receipt or you get the last price on the till.

Why do some home items come up at £25 p&p?

Can I use the free deliver on furniture code for this?
