    This has apparently now changed, for 50 years it was unlimited returns policy but late last year they changed it to 3 months. Still a good returns policy  :)

    the unlimited returns policy hasnt been changed yet it is being looked at at the moment
  • This is the reply from M & S customer services when asked about time limits on returns:-

    "No, there is no time limit on refunds. Have you recently had a situation where you were told otherwise?

    Kindest regards

    No mine didn't have the bulb included.
    I know it was cheap but if the website says the bulb's included then it should be.
    I'm gonna wait till my matching table lamp is delivered and then I'm going to phone them.

    Yeah website does say that. You actually mean that people originally bought lamps for over a hundred quid without bulbs? :o
  • My dark rattan laundry bins arrived yesterday. Really nice but with both baskets there's one fault: the inner rack where the fabric part is, well it doesnt sit properly so it would just collapse with the weight of clothes. Sounds confusing doesnt it?!

    Well if anyone bought one of these, how did you find yours??

    Roll on further reductions 8)

    I've just assembled the floor lamp and it's very short 108 cms. I got it to replace my uplighter which is 180 cms.

    I've just checked the website and it does state the height. I hadn't noticed in my rush to checkout before it disappeared from my basket.

    My replacement desk diary arrived. ;D Other half took the first one back because it was overpriced.

    So was this one ::)

    Sending it back by post next time. I'm sick of seeing it and by the time it's sorted It'll be 2006!!

    ;)

    (Glad your things are filtering through btw - now who got the picture?) lol
