I have sent for 2 lots of stuff in their sale and so far none of it has arrived. First lot I ordered 28th Dec - Money has been taken ages ago. Checked the order tracking and it says its been despatched - must be hanging around in the warehouse somewhere or Royal Mail has lost it. Has anyone else had probs with delivery??

Part of an order that was placed on the 4th arrived yesterday. Think they said allow 10 days etc etc.

I agree too mrme - they leave parcels anywhere. Luckily I live in a nosy village

yes - i have a long and hilarious story about their appalling on line shopping which i cant be bothered to tpye.

my advice - ring cs and moan like hell. got me a 10 quid gift voucher.

if it aint here now from that despatch date - it aint coming - trust me.
