. I then forwarded all my emails to Terry Leahy. Here's the reply I got:

    Dear Mrs

.... While I understand that we are currently reviewing our coupon acceptance policy, stores are to adhere to our existing policy for the time being. ....>

Ribena Strawberry coupon via email says it's for 50p, bar code says 70

Gallo £1.25 personalised MOC via competition on bottle neck. You have to specifiy which store you're buying from. I said Tesco and the coupon then printed with Tesco logo. Tesco specific mocs usually = have to buy the product. Can confirm moc went through fine today without buying the wine.

Radical suggestion but perhaps they may like to implement a 'coupons only' lane! That way the only people you would be holding up are other couponers:rolleyes: They could have some staff who are extra trained to spot the dodgy coupons, they should be young, male and have nimble fingers to separate yer wad of mocs  (No old trouts or old trouts in the making need apply :rotfl:)

I did actually suggest this in one of my stores and the CSM said she would think about suggesting it
    Love it! :rotfl:

Perhaps then Mr T better reconsider its Coupon Policy coz it's a loss making policy:eek:! Tho I cannot see how TL's office would still be 'adamant' about the existance of their National Coupon Policy if it wasn't making them any money...
Well, all supermarkets have their loss-leaders. ;):D

Does anyone know if Waitrose accept Internet coupons ie the pdf ones or just original product ones?
Also, anyone know the genral policy for Co-op??
    xXx

You will need to check the individual Waitrose. My local one accepts any coupon in date if they stock the product in that store. They also accept multiples - brilliant for pdfs.
This is a very recent change to their policy (think we have a new Manager). Before it was up to 50% of shopping depending on the supervisor of the day.

:TI'm off to Lanzarote tomorrow for some sunshine - wonder how many pages I shall have to wade through when I get back.

Hope you all find lots of lovely coupons while I am away that have a long expiry date.
