Perhaps then Mr T better reconsider its Coupon Policy coz it's a loss making policy:eek:! Tho I cannot see how TL's office would still be 'adamant' about the existance of their National Coupon Policy if it wasn't making them any money...

Because Tesco take MOCs, I go out of my way to shop there and leave real money there as well as the MOCs. If other people are like me, Tesco is ensuring we don't spend our money at other supermarkets. I suspect this might be part of the reason they have the national coupon policy.

Totally agree... we couponners will end up buying all our essentials & non essentials items from T's b'coz we can use coupons... also some of us, like me, only know one supermarket & that's T's... I get lost in any other supermarket nowadays! Dread to think if the Coupon Policy isn't there anymore wil have to find my way visiting other places...:o

Does anyone know if Waitrose accept Internet coupons ie the pdf ones or just original product ones?

    xXx

Yep, Waitys will accept any internet printed mocs but usually say the item has to be stocked in that store (they may check but will be lovely and apologetic about any delay). They usually know the policy and allow mocs without fuss, up to whatever the store moc limit is.

Also, anyone know the genral policy for Co-op??

Last time I offered a coupon in the Co-op, I felt like they were about to set the dogs on me...
They looked at my coupon like it was a dud fiver, holding it at arm's length and calling for a Supervisor. I had bought the right item but the SA didn't even know how to scan a coupon - I guess the local Co-op customers don't use them.

Anyhoo, suffice to say you would have to buy the item to chance a coupon in the Co-op.

P.S. to Mad, my team didn't do so well today, never mind...but well done to your team!

    Hello everyone,

Just got back from Tescos and am relieved to say my shop went well, I used loads of all types of coupons and our cupboards are well stocked (not for long with six of us in the house). Like Mad Ive started to squirrel away for Xmas, stocking fillers and odd bits of food.

Gill I was very sorry to hear what an awful Xmas you had last year, but you and Pink seem to have such a wonderful relationship Im sure this will be of some comfort to you this coming Xmas.

Redagila, lucky you off to the Canaries tomorrow, have fun, dont suppose theres a Tesco out there, but maybe you might be able to use a couple of mocs in a Spar shop.
