Hi pp and welcome to the forum
. We are generally a friendly bunch so feel free to chip in with your stories, trouting experiences and of course any coupon finds.
Didn't have time for a shop last night but called in to Customer Services to extend my Strongbow, etc £5. I didn't even have to ask her - she said they had stock this morning at 08:30 but she had been doing the price guarantees all day :rotfl:. She said she was going to ring head office and give them a piece of her mind. They did seem to go a bit daft with the till spits on this one - I had 7
She extended it to 30th Sept.
My hubby and I have had 9 between us. We now have our own Christmas drinks mountains stored in the garage. (If they last that long)!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

I WENT TO MY NORMAL CA TODAY AS I DO EVERYDAY, AND WAS TOLD IM SORRY I CANT TAKE THE NORMAL 10 MIXED COUPONS AS I ALWAYS DO, IM NOW ONLY ALLOWED TO TAKE 1.
I FELT THE BLOOD DRAIN FROM MY FACE IN SHOCK. SO I PAID AND ACCEPTED WHAT SHE SAID.
WHEN I GOT HOME I PHONES THE STORE WHERE I WAS TOLD YOU CAN ONLY USE COUPONS IF YOU BUY THE ITEM, I ASKED THEM TO CHECK AND SHE SAID ITS ALWAYS BEEN THAT WAY. I DISAGREED AND SAID WELL IVE BEEN USING 10 EVERYDAY WITH PERMISSION UPTIL NOW.SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR WHAT SEEMED LIKE FOREVER THEN COME BACK AND SAID YOUR ONLY ALLOWED TO USE ONE. I THEN QUOTED THE NATIONAL POLICY FOR WHICH SHE SAID YES THATS RIGHT IF YOU BUY 10 ITEMS YOU CAN USE 10 COUPONS.
I WISH THEY WOULD ALL STICK TO THE SAME VERSION OF THE STORY.

PLUS WHEN I GOT IN THE WIFE SAID THAT THE WASHING MACHINE HAS FINALLY PACKED UP.. WHAT A DAY.. I SUPPOSE IT HAS LASTED 10 YEARS SO CANT COMPLAIN TO MUCH...
OFF TO CURRY'S THIS AFTERNOON TO BY A NEW ONE....GULP:eek:
i'm a little confused...she said thats right you can use 10 coupons...was that with or without buying the product? god they get on my bloody nerves, i wish head office would do some sort of mass coupon education programme for all stores and all members of staff!!! methinks they wouldn't do as it would draw attention to the policy and get more people than ever using/abusing it though/Won't buy nuffink without a discount0 -
No its not a limited print, that is what all the discussion is about. Coupon smart have no limits on their mocs on the first print, but they all will have the same pin no, so they will not be all re imbursed to Tesco. That is where the abuse comes in, people printing lots of the same mocs, same pin no and Tesco only getting the money back for one moc.
I've had close to 10 PM's in support and 0 in protest. The new decisive PC says NO!, there I did it final decision made:p.
On the same point if we continue to discuss it for the next couple of weeks it may aswell be on the front page so I think it would be best to put this one to bed.purplecatlover wrote: »just wanted to say thanks for the first page, ive only just discovered this thread int he last few days (accidentally) but what a great idea.
It's more than an idea, it's a way of life:jwelcome to the partyAKA: PC

I didn't print too many extra pedigree coupons, cos i knew i couldnt use em all before the expiry date.
Now it seems you can only print one set. Is that the same for everyone?
I looked at the ID codes and they were the same and usually they are different so it is in essence the same coupon so I tore it up as I didn't feel right using moreI am not a beige person:D0 -

thats odd. I was in mine last night and used the 6.89 one, the team leader checked through them all and we even chatted about that coupon and that tesco stocked it etc and she put it through no probs. wonder whats going on. what else was on the banned list if you don't mind me asking?? aaaages ago, like 6 months ago, for some reason my local store banned the cif ones that are on the front page here, although i haven't a clue why.Won't buy nuffink without a discount0
