Yawn, yawn, yawn......... I feel *so* tired. Possibly I'm eating too much chocolate :o

Quiet day today, because of that and recovering from the accounts still.... can't do anything physical because my fingers are hurting - washing up will be chore enough.... and I noticed yesterday that there's a free two hour seminar on family history on t'interweb today, so I'm off to that this morning. Oops, in fact, in the next 10mins. Better get my act together.

    Bye for now
    xx

Thanks folks! Just had lunch after getting back from the seminar - it was really good, I was last doing serious genealogy on the web about four or five years ago, and of course its come on tremendously since then. Lots of new sites, and lots of interesting little wheezes to increase productivity on sites I already knew of.

Met the builder who offered me the labour-only quote for The Wall on the way back, and popped in to my local library too to check on free computer training - there's a genealogy course on offer that reminded me, but that and the computer courses are around £100, I *cannot* justify that. Trouble is, I don't qualify for reduced rates - which irritates the life out of me, but I am rather turning into one of the Grumpy Old Women, so I better not moan too much :D

:hello: I feel quite embarrassed at how grumpy I can be. Yesterday in London, for example, it was a nightmare at Kings Cross tube station - there was one escalator up, one down, and one stationery, and the stationery one was being used by people walking down (its a very, very long way) - except for about a dozen people who were walking *up* it, and so creating a bottleneck and slowing the whole thing down even further. And I grumped, LOUDLY, at every other one of them, turned into a schoolteacher from my infant school days. :o:o:o It was completely insane.

And sometimes I only know my own mind when its too late :D:rolleyes: :o:o:o

Oh how I can identify with that statement! :o People who don't say please and thank you, people who push in at the front of the traffic jam I've been sat in for the past 20 minutes trying to get onto the M25....all sorts of stuff can set me off these days! :D

Me too - I am embarrassed by the number of times the words "silly cow" find their way out of my mouth (generally aimed at people on the telly, not often in real life, you'll be pleased to know).....and muttering "you're welcome" when people don't say thank you :o

I'm glad its not just me! I was seriously thinking I was going a bit barking

I've done my scratches and one of the last BB freebies I'll get...... I don't think I have anything else dfw to do this morning before I leave to get the train to go see my sister - I think I'll just leave it at houseworky stuff - finishing the washing up, that sort of thing, so I can get a move on tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a good day!

EDIT - I haven't won again on BB - thats a whole week now without a single win, I know randomness rules, but I think they give you a run of money sometimes to encourage you to deposit more, and then pull it back when the trick doesn't work....... paranoid, moi?
