Hi folks! Okay, I'm often at a bit of a loss to know what to do at this kind of time of day - I shall look and see if anything on the GP's list is here. I can't print anything off the net, they won't accept it - but I can ask the council to print something out, if I don't have anything official.

    Will report in a mo!

  • YOu see if we all got barcoded - none of this would happen :)

And you'd get the census done in no time.

    Hello!
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
    minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
    :money:Sleeves up folks.:money:

  • Hi KC good luck with the census job I have my phone interview on Friday good job you mentioned it I was about to make arrangements to go and see a friend then who has had a knee op - alzheimers is kicking in - as people have said you can always change your mind later - I am considering it as a good potential exercise opportunity and the money would be useful too until I can think of something else.

Thanks DT! Good luck to you too. On the whole, I'm glad I've applied - after all, I'm an amateur genealogist, and to be able to say that I helped complete the 2011 census is pretty good :)

Still looking for something - my to do pile had nothing, my stash of important documents had nothing, just hoping stuff I've already filed for the accounts for *this* year will have something, otherwise its change something over the next few days and wait till they confirm in writing ... hey ho.

I've found 4 letters from my water company about setting up the account for this house, and confirmation of the direct debit thats going to them. I'll ring the doctor's before I go, but surely that should do it ... however, I also found an unpaid bill I just stuffed into the accounts, and I need to set up a direct debit to the *other* water company - yes, we have two here! One for water in, one for water out, its mad. This one is a whole £2.30 a month, no wonder they haven't chased me yet. Little bit of paperwork this evening, I think.

Bloomin crazy about needing proof of address .

Mum rang to say they have jabbed her with more steroids, her blood levels were high but half what they were last year so they have caught it in good time and she should be pain free in 48 hours approx. She will probably be on steroids forever, to which I commented, whats the problem with that - brittle bones  - so you get arthritus, take steroids then the bones give up! Luckily she can take an antidote so they are looking at that for her.

Luckily at the moment I have oesteo rather than the form she has (((minds gone blank on the name))) but I may get it in the future, but by then I'll have a big house, mod cons, masseur (((hi z))))butler and chaffuer :D
