Good luck with the list today.

Square foot planting is great - that's sort of the plan we started off with.. although the squares didn't end up very square in the end!

Cheery, no, I didn't know any of that! Thank you!

Squizz - yes, I think its the way to go - it'll give me a much better chance of knowing what's what - and I think next year it might be just the one bed, two beds seems like pushing it, especially knowing me :D

I sometimes get mistaken for Welsh. Though these are people who you would change your seat in the bus for. Like maybe to a seat in another bus in the worst examples...

    Yup!

Anyway ... here I am, safe and warm at home, been catching up on paperwork and just had a huge lunch. Cuppa tea is called for, and then more paperwork - I need to find the invoice from the bloke who did the full rewire job, mouseproofing, and I can't, oops. It will be *so* nice to have some flat surfaces to work on or eat from :)

I'm in the middle of sorting through my emails, but this one can't wait. Do watch this youtube video - you've heard of guerrilla gardening? This is guerrilla singing:

    Isn't it lovely, that video!

Wasn't feeling wonderful this morning, I have to say - its drifting, and looking pretty bad out there, still falling. I've taken some piccies, and I'll experiment with photobox later on. There's quite a lot of snow out there!

And I have a cancellation :( I really don't know whether to go to London tomorrow: I'd go up on the train, and tho I have a train ticket all the way back, I'd probably drive with my partner - he'd drop me off at Gatwick Airport, and I'd get the train the rest of the way here. But between Gatwick and here is Three Bridges - and thats where 3 trains got stuck last night, and 300 people spent the night on the train. Admittedly, by the time I'd get there, I wouldn't have been able to *leave* Gatwick, and I've slept there once before - I wouldn't get there until just after 10.30. I'll have to speak to partner later on.

So today, I have one hour left, if *that* person manages to get to me. Otherwise?
    - clear a path to the gate, salt it.
    - French accounts.
    - keep the washing up to date in case the power goes!!!
    - looking at the boxes I have left - I think I might actually start to get pictures and whatnot up on the walls, even though things aren't in the places I'd choose - it makes the place more *mine*, and gets rid of storage boxes, win-win really.
    - keep warm. Speaking of which, off for a cuppa tea and stamping of feet :)
