Wish I was nearer, I'd come and paint your loo!

Go for it with the herbalist, I have a feeling it will help :)

    :kisses3:Aww, thank you!

I'm just shutting the laptop down now, taken a note of the herbalists name and no, will do it then, then listen to Paul McKenna's confidence CD. Up at 12 to prepare to go.... see you later

    Morning KC and friends :hello:

Orthogonal - you learn something new everyday. I really enjoyed the Moon chat - it's like Wonders of the Solar System on here! I must have seen that series a dozen times as DH watched it in bed on the lappy every night as he found relaxing before he went to sleep. Full-on passion in our house, me, him and Prof Cox :rotfl:

Lula-Hula, I don't think you're weird it makes perfect sense - if the Moon is waxing at the moment, then my rythmns are certainly in sync...

Sorry to hear you're feeling under par KC and about the tea mishap :( But love your positive attitude as always :A

    Have a good day x

Morning! Ooh, its 11.59 as I'm typing - won't be when I post, oopsie.

Anyway, I love the solar system, and astronomy - glad you do too, macgirl. On that little course I did, I learnt that sometimes we see more than one image of a distant galaxy or object - when the light coming from it to us is bent by the presence of a star in a particular place, we see the distant image more than once. Fascinating.

    Well. The health news:
    1. I've spoken to the herbalist, I'm about to ring the place she works at to book an appointment.
    2. I've ordered some vegetarian glucosamine online, which sounds like it might be despatched today, but is from Guernsey, so may take longer than that sounds.
    3. Found the phone number of a woman GP, so I'm about to phone her too.

I'm trying (very trying) honest :D

    Cuppa tea, then phone calls.

Those are the ones! I dawdled, tho, so the GP's office was closed, but I *have* made a herbalist appointment - not for another 10 days, but there's a form to fill in anyway. So it goes. Off to London now - have a good one.

Many women have said there's nothing better than a little bit of Cox at night. Like you, they say it makes them sleep better.

Yep! And in London I bought [strike]some[/strike] lots of walnuts, which are also on the "you should eat these" list of arthritis foods....

    Enjoy London :) x

Not that sort of visit, sadly, Cheery - I staggered to the bank, staggered to the health food store for the walnuts, and had a little lie down to recover from the journey .... then I worked for 2 hours, then I came home. Not the most thrilling London trip! But useful, very useful :p:cool:

Waiting in all day now for the freeview box. I'm excited :rotfl:
