:hello: not bad ta - and I'm glad to be back :kisses3:

nothing loadbearing, so no big problems. We'll see over the next few days. My mum was horrified at the size of the lump at my collarbone, and she wants me to go private - so I'll be contacting the doc in the next few days.

  • Hey mooches in and says well done on the extra money! Go you - I have those shall I, shan't I debates about vouchers - funny hearing yours - well done on just saying NO!

Have a great day today with your friend - I might take the dog and the bike out for a 'walk/cycle' if I take the camper - I can always collapse and read a magazine afterwards whilst pretending to be on holiday :) and look at the views alot! (admittedly through the mist)
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:

I too think you need a 2nd opinion as your dr was very dismissive.

To be honest, if I was carrying on living here, I might have done it even so - but getting lots of shopping, when I'm moving so soon and working at keeping the quantities down, I just couldn't do it

I already went for the second time - thats when my GP saw me, and she had the results of the X ray she'd recommended for me, so thats when she referred me. The difference now is that I'm going to go to the same consultant, but lots sooner. I don't know about a referral to a skin clinic, but I'll check about that this week, and check about the quicker referral to the rheumatologist too.

My day out was lovely - its been ages since I caught up properly with this particular friend. She's not quite in debt, but they're really, really struggling, juggling like we do on here. Still, we managed to have a laugh as well. She drove me to Haywards Heath, as she was heading that way, and I meant to go to the Sainsbury's there - trouble is, I got to it at exactly 4pm - just as the doors were shutting :o completely forgot it was Sunday closing :o I got some lettuce and cucumber at a Londis for £1 (lots of both) and I can make do with storecupboard stuff, so I'll just have to get some more on Tuesday,

That mortgage will soon be gone too with all the MSE money :j.

Quick update since you've been away. Fridge Freezer (brand new under warranty) comes tomorrow :j Only 35 days without one  So kitchen decorated ready.

Ordered Shred - not yet done as enough excercise decorating and walking dogs, plus DH going for more tests as ill again - poss thyroid, and we are supposed to be doing together, but I'm not sure he should until he gets results.

Work, work and more work :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hiya! I'm glad to see you back, HB, it was a very tough time for you, but I'm pretty sure that like me you're better off posting than not posting :)

The downsize will pay off a massive chunk of the mortgage :T and the endowment matures in September 2012 :eek::eek: between them they have to pay the English mortgage, the French repayments and a big chunk off the French mortgage (with penalty). Here's hoping.

Thanks for the update :) I'm not going for shred, its not really for me :o nor is decorating mind you :rotfl:tho I like the sound of walking dogs. Sorry your DH is ill, tho, thyroid leaves you either hyper or very down, doesn't it? Neither is nice, not really.

I'm going to buy a new fridge in the new house - I was going to get a stopgap thing, one of those drinks fridges, turns out my sister has one she can loan me, which is handy. And my friend today was showing me stuff in the Argos catalogue, which is well cheap.

Ug, I'm tired - can't really keep my eyes open, so I better be off too - work work work, absolutely - tho in my case its more about the hassle of moving. Hope you can sleep at least, Pippajo, I'll see you tomorrow.
