I love all those types of seeds and nuts and things but have to confess to 'rarely' getting them in for myself - I guess some of my budgetting has to be shooked about a bit to get some better food in my diet

I'm off out tonight - local restaurant :) really looking forward to it - with pals and OH - I know you don't eat beef KC but tonight I think that's my choice, the steak up here is amazing (sorry to babble about steak!) x

Hope your evening is good :) waves to Taxi x

At the moment, Fay, cos of budget cuts, my diet isn't much better now than when I first became vegetarian, mumble-mumble years ago. But on getting this rheumatism going on, health has to be a priority, so as I use things up, I'm not replacing them, but instead buying the good stuff :)

I understand, don't worry :rotfl: I've lived my whole veggie life surrounded by meat eaters, remember :)

I'm away now for a week - just fiddling about getting updated tube and bus info, so I popped on here. I hope this next week goes smoothly for us all.
