Morning! Well, I have my list all written out, and I've crossed off 5 little things. Still got to:
    - pay Inland Revenue
    - enter comp at gmtv
    - email conveyancer
    - ring the nice removal guy about transporting paint, I've decided to go with him.
    - wash up!
    - relaxez big time in a bath, not a shower!
    - pack for holiday
    - check weather forecast - I think I'd better take my mac :)
    - sort out the plant pots for while I'm away.
    - get some estate agent details of eco houses - this is more by way of relaxation than anything else :)
    - look at Optimum Nutrition book re. arthritis - just off to do that now while I eat brekkie.

Have a good day, and hope that list has lots of crossings through by the end of it!

    Getting there

EDIT - having looked at the Optimum Nutrition book, the details of a diet helpful to an arthritis sufferer need some working at, but like everything else, its about minimising toxins and upping healthier foods - which *doesn't* mean cutting out carbs, as I thought it did years ago. In the meantime, I'll be using up the coffee - I'm about to go on holiday, another week isn't going to hurt - and definitely stopping eating the cakes and chocolate I've got back into over the last year.

Absolutely! I think its essential, Taxi - and I used to feel so much better when I ate that well. So for instance, its maybe 4 types of oil, all cold pressed. Holford talks about omega 3 and omega 6 being essential, plus omega 9. Omega 9 is olive and almond, 6 is safflower and sunflower, 3 is flax and pumpkin. Sunflower and pumpkin, I eat them on my breakfast oats... so thats one food group sorted :)
