A GP, Taxi - the only reason I'm not confident is that she was such an unpleasant character :D its a diagnosis I've already had about another mole, so its not out of left field. I don't have private health insurance, so I could never get to see a specialist straight away without that.

I'm chuffed with the mse money too :D

    I'm sorry I'd need a second opinion unless I'd seen a specialist.
My GP thought I didn't hve breast cancer due to the pain I had but gave me a fast track referral to be on the safe side.

It *is* an idea to go to another GP, at least.

And I'll definitely enjoy tomorrow - we're taking our umbrellas for shade, and I'm taking a *litre* of water - tho I'm sure I'll buy more drinks at Victoria. With that and my factor 50, it should be fine :D

:wave:Hello KC - hope you are enjoying Sir Paul & the gorgeous weather! Hope you've slathered the SPF 50 on - am sitting in the garden in the shade under the umbrella and can still feel the rays through the SPF 30!

Glad to hear the funeral went 'well' - not quite the right word - but you get the drift!

Have finaly caught up on MSE life & e-mails - sorry for not responding to your query from earlier in the week

I did! But that was at £1.25, and then it jumped to £1.75 and I cut down, and it started to get really silly at £1.89 - I was experimenting with other brands, and the smartprice is brilliant, it just has a bit more garlic. The normal stuff at Asda is horrible, I don't know what they've done to it, but the smartprice is great :D

I was wondering about voice recognition, I'll investigate when things are a bit calmer.

pesto - have you tried Sacla stir through? - if it's your thing they are on 2/£3 at Te$c0 - I've got coupons for £1 off each jar & happy to send your way - better to be used then expired - 50p net a jar:o

voice recognition - dragon naturally speaking is amazing software - former workmate has daughter with dyslexia (sp?) - we got her the original software years ago & she trained it to help her with essays - she's recently graduated from uni with first class honours - a far cry from flunking every course all those years ago

off to rehydrate - OH is waving the brita jug in the doorway - he refuses to come out even in the shade - bit of a troll he is :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    :wave:Hello KC -

    :wave::wave: Hello!

hope you are enjoying Sir Paul & the gorgeous weather! Hope you've slathered the SPF 50 on - am sitting in the garden in the shade under the umbrella and can still feel the rays through the SPF 30!

It was quite a rollercoaster - we got there too early, tbh, and we were all 3 of us dreading the idea of being out in the sun with no shade all afternoon - we thought it was just Paul, maybe with support, and if it started at 1.45, it would be over at 4. .... turns out it *did* start at 1.45, which is when we turned up, and it went on till 10 at night :D:D:D. We also saw Elvis Costello (who played when England v Germany was on), Crowded House (I think - they're on the list on Wiki, I'll check on youtube if it was them :o), Joshua Radin (ditto :o), and ***Crosby Stills and Nash*** even I know them :rotfl:I was in the presence of history, thats how it felt. Crosby Stills & Nash!!!

Glad to hear the funeral went 'well' - not quite the right word - but you get the drift!

I know, thats what its like, I *do* get the drift, thank you.

I tried it a while back, wasn't sure about it - since you have coupons, and they're everywhere, I'll take you up on that - I'll pm you again with my address, thank you!

Wow ... that sounds excellent. This machine is creaking a bit at the moment, it takes a while before it gets to grips with being on, and I'm planning on buying a new one when I'm in the new house. I'll bend your ear again then, if I may.

off to rehydrate - OH is waving the brita jug in the doorway - he refuses to come out even in the shade - bit of a troll he is :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Gotta love rehydrating :rotfl:My bottle of water was actually 1.5 litres, which meant I used a lot of it as an impromptu shower :rotfl: since there were open air water taps - they doubled as drinking water and washing hands water - loads and loads of portable loos, and some even had antiseptic gel in them, v impressive.

Considering everything we got, it was really good value at £62 - not cheap, but good value, as the yougov surveys say :rotfl:

I didn't actually say above that the day was fantastic! The rollercoaster bit was partly because it was so long (unexpectedly) and so hot - and partly because we slightly bollixed up the journey back to the train station, but we ended up getting a taxi, so it was okay. I didn't get home till 1am either - so I'm a little bit tired today after being out for 16 hours :D but it was *so* worth it :D

Today, I've just got the one session, plus a phone call with colleague, so thats okay - I'm just pootling, tbh, doing a few dfw odds and ends, a few packing odds and ends. I'll be taking photos so I can declutter/sell stuff, which is nice and non-physical and not too taxing intellectually either :p and repotting the rest of the aloe vera, hopefully. I'm fairly sure I'd make a mistake with complex financial transactions at the mo :D

EDIT - ooh, also have an ebay parcel to post - another 1970s theatre programme! - and a prepaid one to music magpie.
